  1. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST
  2. As all cakes are hand-made, designs are subjected to slight variation.
  3. Additional costs will be charged for special requests
  4. Should fruits shown in our catalogue be out of season, our company reserve the rights to substitute with fruits of similar value
  5. No cancellation will be allowed within 48 hours before collection.
  6. Should there be any cancellation of order, there will be no refund of any amount paid.
  7. All orders have to be made at least 3 days in advance.
  8. Our company reserves all rights to accept or reject any order.
  9. Our company reserves all rights to amend, vary or delete terms and condition without any prior notice. Any updates to Terms & Conditions shall be placed on this webpage.

Feedback Policies

  1. Where to send your feedback:
    All feedback regarding any of Four Leaves products by filling out the feedback form online at (https://staging.fourleaves.com.sg).
    In the event that an immediate concern arises on a weekend or a non-working Public Holiday, the issue must be relayed to any of our outlets, An attending staff at the outlet will relay the details of your concern and your contact information to the head office to contact you on the next working day.
  2. Feedback concerning any product must be brought back to the outlet of purchase, the nearest outlet from your location. A reasonable amount of the product must be returned for investigation purposes.
  3. Four Leaves liability is limited to replacement of the exact product, product with equivalent value OR refund through Four Leaves vouchers.
  4. All claims on faulty products must be done within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Beyond the stated time, Four Leaves has the right not to entertain further complaints.
  5. Four Leaves reserves the right to request evidence regarding any product feedback. Failure to present any proof such as the item itself, an image, and/or invoice deems the invalidity of any claim.

Any personal data you provide to Four Leaves will be collected, disclosed by Four Leaves Pte Ltd for the following purposes:

  1. To conduct the Marketing Activity which you have participated in.
  2. To market our products & services to you; and to conduct market reseach.
